Axia Home provides free, indicative property valuation estimatesbased on an AI algorithm and real market data for Thessaloniki, Greece. The service is intended for property owners, buyers, sellers, and investors who wish to obtain a quick, independent estimate of a property's value.

The service includes:

• A property details form (location, surface area, characteristics).
• Identity verification via SMS one-time password (OTP).
• Calculation of estimated value (asking price and transaction price).
• Delivery of results to the email address provided.

The estimate provided by Axia Home is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal valuation under Greek or European law. Specifically:

• It does not replace a certificate of value from a certified appraiser.
• It cannot be used as a legal document in notarial deeds.
• It does not constitute an investment recommendation or financial advice.
• Accuracy depends on the quality of the data you provide and the availability of comparable market data.

When using the service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the property.
• Use a valid Greek mobile phone number (numbers starting with 69XXXXXXXX).
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the service.
• Not take actions that undermine the security or availability of the platform.
• Not use the results for purposes contrary to applicable law.

All content on the platform — code, design, valuation algorithm, market data, texts, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Axia Home and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

The valuation results you receive may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Axia Home is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for:

• Purchase, sale, or investment decisions based on our results.
• Differences between the estimated value and the actual transaction value.
• Temporary unavailability of the service.
• Damages arising from inaccurate data provided by the user.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date of last revision appears at the top of this page.
